New Student Account Setup

Bellevue University’s automated account creation and password set-up process is temporarily offline, but you can still safely activate your account in one of two ways.

Option 1: Call Bruin Support Services at 1-800-756-7920. Our team will assist you with getting your student account fully activated.

Option 2: Email Bruin Support Services at bruinsupportservices@bellevue.edu. Our team will respond via email to assist you with getting your student account fully activated.

This week, Bruin Support Services is open:

Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.–8 p.m. CT
Saturday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. CT

Please note that due to Fall term start, there may be high call volumes resulting in higher-than-normal wait times.
